Refund policy

Our return policy is effective for 14 days upon receipt of the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thestrap.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as for instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.

Every item we send out will be inspected by our QA (Quality Assurance Team) If you received a Wrong Item or Faulty Product, please contact us and attach the photo of the item with the issue.

Refund will not be granted if:
  1. The customer provided an incorrect address.
  2. The customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity.

We ship the exact item(s) that you select at the time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us As Soon As Possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes to your order and a refund will not be granted.

Please bear in mind that the photo on our website may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of the color due to the lighting or the monitor’s display.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping
We do not offer prepaid return labels. Kindly check our refund policy and terms of service. Please know that customer is responsible for shipping back the item for refund.

Order Cancellation
